Is that fucking Beyonce turning into Shakira
People don’t even realize how amazing the direction and editing was for the Beautiful Liar music video. Along with how frickin amazing these two are together.
Why am I just now noticing this shit. I knew they looked like twins in this video but DAMN.
#1. TEARS KILL BACTERIA Did you know that your tears contain Lysozyme, a “liquid” that kills 90-95% of germs in only 5-10 minutes! Yes, tears are a germaphobe’s BFF. Think of all the colds or other germs that your tears fight off, from that moment you subbed your eye with your germy hands!?
#2. TEARS FLUSH OUT TOXINS Did you know that “emotional tears”, from sadness, grief, or any emotion causing tears to fall, are full of more toxins than tears of “something-is-botherin-my-eye”(like when you get something in your eye or you accidentally stick the eyeliner a little too close to your eyeball)? William Frey, a biochemist who studies tears, noted that those “emotional tears” remove toxins that our stress hormones have added due to whatever “stressful or sad thing we’re going through. So a good cry, really is good for you!
#3. WE NEED TEARS TO SEE Whether you’re crying or not, we need tears or regular eyeball action or emotions, because they lubricate our eyeballs and eyelids. You can’t see very well without tears if your eyelid has dried to your eyeball! The average person blinks every 2-10 seconds, each time the lacrimal glands coat our eyeballs in the miraculous liquid known as “tears”.
#4. TEARS LOWER YOUR MANGANESE LEVEL Yes, I had never hear of Manganese before I read Jerry Bergman’s article, “The Miracle Of Tears”, but basically it’s a mineral which effects our moods, and it’s found in 30 times more concentration in our “emotional” tears than in our blood serum. High levels of Manganese result in: anxiety, nervousness, fatigue, aggression, and emotional disturbances. So our tears really help washing the “sadness” away.
#5. IT’S GOOD TO CRY IT OUT Just like when you have a good workout, and you sweat out some toxins and get a mood lift from the surge of endorphins, crying lifts your mood. Jerry Bergman writes, “Suppressing tears increases stress levels, and contributes to diseases aggravated by stress, such as high blood pressure, heart problems, and peptic ulcers.”
